Am I supposed to apply the adhesive more than one time during the day ?? Am I using it incorrectly, I have tried various amounts, all to no avail.
Hopefully someone can assist.
		You are: DrMarv [...]

Does Your Dentist Have One Of These?

http://www.isolitesystems.com/
It does a number of things that are helpful for you, the patient and the dentist. I'm always behind the belief that when your dentist is happy and has the best conditions, then all things being equal, the dental procedure (fillings, cavity, tooth pulled, etc.) will be done right.
I know it is so routine to brush every evening or more often but have your ever wondered, if you only had 1 minute before jetting out the door, which one would you do, brush your teeth or floss?

The real question behind this is, which one is more important, brushing or flossing?

Obviously I do and recommend doing both, but let's get down to the true purposes of each.

Toothbrushing: more popular because it has been ingrained in most people's mind. It helps by removing the annoying film o [...]

The Step-By-Step Toothbrush Selector Guide

I sort out through the mess. 1. Color should not matter. See everything as black or white. That's a good start. 2. Rule out all toothbrushes that are not labeled soft or extra soft. 3. Purchase the one on sale or the cheapest one you can buy. 4. If some are packaged with 2 and you need an extra one for traveling or a backup, then get that one. Is this simple enough? Quite frankly, plaque is easy to remove and requires better technique, not better tools. The problem I see here is [...]
